Analytics & Optimization
Decisions made on real data beat decisions made on opinion. We wire up conversion tracking, funnel analysis, and A/B testing infrastructure, then build dashboards your team will actually check — not a vanity-metrics report nobody opens after the first week. The goal is a measurement setup that answers one question every time: what should we change next, and how will we know if it worked?
What powers the engagement
What you get and the outcomes it's aimed at, in one grid.
Our approach to analytics & optimization
Tracking Audit
A check of what's actually being measured today versus what should be — most stores discover gaps in checkout tracking or event naming that have quietly corrupted reports for months.
Instrumentation
Google Analytics 4, server-side tagging where cookie loss is an issue, and platform-specific events wired up correctly and validated, not just installed.
Funnel & Drop-off Analysis
A clear map of where shoppers actually abandon the funnel, broken down by device, traffic source, and product category — not just an aggregate conversion rate.
Testing Infrastructure & Dashboards
A/B testing set up on the changes most likely to move the numbers, and a dashboard scoped to the handful of metrics your team should actually check weekly.
Common questions
We already have Google Analytics installed — isn't that enough?+
Installed and correctly instrumented are different things. The most common issue we find is GA4 technically running but not tracking checkout steps or cross-device journeys correctly — which quietly invalidates decisions made from that data.
Do you run the A/B tests, or just set up the infrastructure?+
Both, depending on the engagement — we can hand off a fully configured testing setup for your team to run, or manage an ongoing testing program with regular readouts.
What tools do you use?+
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager as the baseline, with server-side tagging, session-recording, and A/B testing tools added based on what the store actually needs.
How fast will we see results?+
Tracking and dashboards are usually live within 2-3 weeks. Meaningful A/B test results depend on your traffic volume — high-traffic stores can validate a test in days, lower-traffic ones may need several weeks.
